Padel Tech have been the exclusive supplier and installer of the AFP Courts | adidas temporary padel court on Montgomery Square, constructed for the World Padel Tour - London Exhibition, for the last three years: 2017, 2018 and 2019.
This is a very challenging installation; the ground isn't level in any direction and falls significantly from North to South. Access is limited, health and safety is a huge concern because the area remains open to the public and is a major thoroughfare .... and we only have 48 hours to complete the entire build, without making so much as a scratch on the square's stone paving.
When the event is finished, we have to return and dismantle the entire court, removing all trace of it ... not a grain of sand is left as evidence that a padel court was ever there.
Thankfully, we love a challenge and have thoroughly enjoyed supporting such a major event on the padel tour's calendar, contributing significantly to the awareness and expansion of padel in the UK.
