Padel Tech’s decision to work toward ISO 9001:2015 accreditation - an internationally recognised standard that ensures their products and services meet the needs of customers through an effective Quality Management System - demonstrates their commitment to continually improving their service offering to their customers. To become ISO 9001:2015 Compliant, the team, led by Andy Ponton, Design Director underwent an extensive company-wide audit that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances.
ISO is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world. Padel Tech were audited by QMS and presented with their accreditation in September 2022.
